Key holding Service

A site inspection is carried out prior to any key holding service being accepted to enable us to ascertain exact information regarding the site so that instructions can be followed to the letter by our response drivers.
Keys are then recorded and placed in a bond pouch which is sealed with a unique reference number before being placed in our safe box.

This enables us to offer a safe and secure solution to your requirements be it for out of hours activations or just the opening and locking of your premises.

Alarm Response

In keeping with our values of service delivery we offer a bespoke alarm response service, on arrival at your premises we quickly ascertain the cause of the activation and take whatever actions are necessary to secure the premises, be it calling the emergency services or just organizing the boarding up. All our response drivers carry an alarm report book where a copy of the activation is recorded for the customer, including all details of actions taken.

Mobile Patrols

 
Mobile patrols are highly effective when wishing to create a deterrent, through our dedicated mobile response division we can respond quickly to incidents and thus prevent any further issues. All our vehicles are clearly liveried with our details, and our uniformed patrol officers are very experienced in their roles. This can be a very affordable option to manned guarding.

Retail Security

Retailers are facing an increasing demand for superior store guarding as offences are becoming more complex and organised.

Our retail officers are essentially trained to protect the safety and well-being of our client’s customers and staff while preventing any financial damage or loss including the potential to remove harmful persons from the property.

We also encourage our officers to liaise with the local constabulary officers in order to build a relationship as they are essentially an emissary for both ourselves and our customer.

Fire Systems

 
The Fire system you choose will depend on your building structure, purpose and building use, our engineers will ascertain this requirement as per the Fire safety order 2005 and identifying where appropriate which parts of the premises that need coverage.

We can provide L1, L2, or L3 systems as required to meet all British Standard legislation and the annual maintenance of these systems can also be agreed prior to instalment taking place.

Alarm Installation – Monitoring & Maintenance

The type of alarm you choose is paramount to your buildings safety, Bells-only alarms deter intruders and may alert a pedestrian but will not get an automatic Police response however one of our remotely monitored alarms ensures that ourselves or in the case of a confirmed intruder the Police are also contacted on your behalf, this also enables us to check signals for false activation so avoiding the risk of losing the police response to your alarm.

All our alarm engineers are registered with the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) which champions high standards and ensures we comply with all British and European standards EN50131, both hard wired and wireless alarms are available.

CCTV Installations – Monitoring & Maintenance

CCTV is now considered crucial in both crime prevention and detection being both visible and effective and can be as simple or as complex as the situation demands.

We can offer an extensive range of systems incorporating intelligent video analysis software which can be used for facial recognition, automatic number plate recognition, intruder detection or simply slip and fall detection supplied and fitted by trained engineers.

Access Control

A door entry system removes the requirement for a permanently manned reception point and offers a secure environment.
We can supply two way audio communication or audio and one way video including push button or electronic release or access.

Our access control systems allow anything from one to several hundred electronically controlled doors or gates to be automatically controlled.

Systems can also be linked to a designated P.C or several and all are configured to our customers’ needs so that access is only given to those entitled.

Disabled Refuge

This is a temporary area of safety which is designed to stop the effects of a fire for a minimum period of 30 minutes giving the fire service ample time for rescue.

These rooms are also in direct communication with those in control of any emergency situation and although designed originally for the protection of disabled staff this is no longer the case and must meet British Standards code of practice BS5588.

Staff Escort Service

Staff are your most valuable commodity and with more demand on targets being met workers are increasingly finding themselves alone in their place of work.

Our escort service offers a cheap alternative for their safety with one of our mobile officers present to ensure that a building is safely opened or locked and your staff are protected on arrival or departure.

Void Property Management

Our void property division is tasked to secure and manage vacant property through its lifecycle whilst minimising the effects of damage and vandalism to the surrounding communities. With stand-alone alarms that require no external power supply or telephone line the property can be made secure and be completely independent of its surroundings.

The system can add on as many wireless devices as required and leave you with the peace of mind that everything is covered.

Boarding Up Service

As part of our void property and Mobile response service when a broken window or door is reported we are able to quickly respond by securing the property with boarding in order to ensure it is secure until permanent measures can be taken.

This can also be a cheaper alternative to metal grids in order to preserve a property from future vandalism.

Fire Extinguishers

We can provide a wide range of fire extinguishers be it for corporate or industrial and all adhere to the several British standards that apply to portables including the Mounting, Maintenance, recharging and labeling.
