Ansell Handtools (Sheffield) Ltd. Incorporating The 1st Stop Marquee Stake House Ltd. has been in business since 1980 , originally as Tool Manufacturers producing Builders Tools such as Brick Bolsters , Cold Chisels ,Wrecking Bars and a whole lot of tools in between for the Building , Engineering and Agricultural sector. We pride ourselves on our ability to produce bespoke tools to Customer requirements.

In 2008 we bought  the forging section of Furnival Steel Ltd.in Sheffield. This led to our acquisition of the Marquee Stake business which we run side by side with Ansell Handtools.

We manufacture Marquee stakes of all shapes and sizes, Ground plates of all shapes and sizes. Pins and shackles for Marquee frames and also our revolutionary STAKE REMOVER / PULLER . All our stakes are manufactured from EN8Ø carbon steel or rebar / ribbed bar. Along with the tools, we pride ourselves on our ability to manufacture bespoke items to Customer requirements, If it is made of metal there is a good chance that we can produce it !!

Our Customer base is Countrywide and our vision is to supply Worldwide. To this end we have taken part in the Showmans Show  @ Newbury Showground every October for the last 7 years . This gives us the opportunity to showcase our products and for the customers to see up front the quality of our work, it also means that we can meet with customers face to face to discuss specific need where necessary.
