London ➡️ Leeds 🚄 Some of the Zentive team travelled to Leeds earlier this week to attend CHS Leeds. Of course we spoke about all things sustainability, in addition to finding out about new and upcoming venues we can’t wait to propose for our events. It was great to see and meet with so many suppliers: Alton Towers Resort, QEII Centre, Horizon Leeds, Center Parcs Meetings & Events, Royal Armouries Museum, De Vere Cranage Estate, De Vere Cotswold Water Park, Hyatt Hotels Manchester, Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club, The Belfry Hotel & Resort, The Celtic Collection, Weston Park Enterprises Ltd, Hilton, Hotel Football - A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Butlin's. And, as always, we expanded our contact book by networking and making new connections: Paramveer Singh, Helen Wilson (Johnson), Diane McRae, Robyn Tomlinson, Sarah Matts, Charlotte O’Sullivan, Charlotte Quinn, BA (Hons) Business and Management, Ellie Beattie 🙌 We are looking forward to developing these relationships and seeing where 2025 takes us! 💚 #Events #SustainableEvents #EventsUK #LondonEvents #LeedsEvents #Sustainability

Meet Lee ⭐️ Having launched Zentive Agency in 2021 alongside Dominic, Lee's advocation for improving sustainability is the driving factor for any programme he delivers. As with any task, his planning of your event will be done with a cup of Yorkshire Tea in hand (IYKYK) ☕️ When Lee isn't busy plotting our next sustainable event, he's out walking the countryside with his Cockerpoo Coops, viewing the latest movies in the cinema, or rustling up a new dish in the kitchen 👨🏼🍳 #ZentiveAgency #SustainableEvents #EventsAgency #MeetTheTeam

A glowing testimonial following one of our favourite events of 2024 🙌 Following several acquisitions and award wins, our client wanted to bring the company together to provide business updates, deliver motivational speeches and celebrate in style. We planned an all-company conference set in a high-tech auditorium followed by a river cruise along the Thames in a 61-metre luxury yacht – surely no finer way to celebrate! Last year, we were delighted to head to Singapore, to manage a 3 day conference attended by an international audience of 70 scientists, academics, researchers and distributors in the scientific field. From seamless coordination of schedules to catering to different dietary needs and cultural requirements – our team worked tirelessly to bring each individual event to life, with outstanding results. By adopting a ‘vegetarian first’ menu, we reduced the overall carbon of the F&B at this event by 66.8% which equates to 3.37 tCO2e. Head to the link in comments to read the full case study. #ZentiveAgency #SustainableEvents #EventsAgency #Singapore

Proud to see our director Dominic Richards featured in this month's Carbon Literacy Update by The Carbon Literacy Project for his Climate Action of the Month🍃 As part of our Carbon Literacy Accreditation via Can Marketing Save the Planet?, Dominic's pledge is to commit to measuring and reducing our website's carbon footprint (not always the first thing which comes to mind when you think of carbon emissions). Dominic said "By not only making your website more efficient and improving the user experience, you can update your messaging to plant the seed of sustainability in your audience’s mind." We would love to hear your own Carbon Literacy Pledges - You can tag The Carbon Literacy Project for a chance to be featured in an upcoming newsletter. #SustainableEvents #CarbonLiterary #EventManagement #EventProfs
Your website has a carbon footprint—how sustainable is it? 🌍 The top Carbon Literacy Climate Action of the Month comes from Dominic Richards, Director at Zentive Agency, committing to measuring and reducing their website’s carbon footprint. 💻 “Everyone is looking to make easy wins to improve the sustainability of both their personal and commercial actions, and in 2025, the digital and online world’s carbon footprint is only getting bigger. Making relevant changes to your company website and IT processes is a logical way to satisfy both these challenges. And you’d be surprised how big the impact will be. A company website has replaced the store/shopfront in the 21st century. Therefore, this is likely your customer’s first impression of your business. Why not make that first impression a lasting one that impacts the environment positively? By not only making your website more efficient and improving the user experience, you can update your messaging to plant the seed of sustainability in your audience’s mind. An example would be to have the website carbon badge to show your website’s carbon rating and encourage others to do the same. This will have a knock-on effect that might inspire the user to follow suit with their website, as well as bring the topic up in further conversations. And the best part is that you can do it anytime without many resources. Simply navigate to https://lnkd.in/gUimUjA and estimate your website’s carbon footprint in minutes. We’ve already had some great conversations come from this initiative, with a lot of people asking for the website carbon calculator so they can rate their website. We hope to keep on inspiring others and shifting mindsets day in and day out.” Raising awareness and advocating for low-carbon digital solutions now could prevent the internet from becoming one of the world’s worst carbon emitters. 🌿 Want to take climate action yourself, but need help determining where you can make the most impact?
